Functions of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department:

  1. The main objectives of internal control and monitoring are:
    • Maintenance and monitoring of the implementation of the Higher Education Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders of the Ministry, orders, letters of instructions, modemograms and telephones of the Ministry, and also decisions and orders of the University.
    • The quality of training, the need for them and the labor market, and the development of a system for monitoring all planned activities and material and technical basis at the university.
    • Organization and carrying out of internal control over quality and retraining of teaching staff and pedagogical staff.
  2. Internal control and monitoring shall include:
    • She provides practical and methodological assistance in organizing monitoring of educational standards at the University.
    • Organizes and regulates the bank’s database of the state of education and development.
    • The university prepares analytical materials and recommendations on the reform and improvement of education in management bodies (rectorate, the Scientific Council).
    • Develops and implements the system of execution of university decisions and decrees.
    • It provides practical and methodological assistance in eliminating deficiencies identified by analysis of performance at the University.
    • Learns, generalizes, and promotes best practices at the University.
    • Implementation of rating methods of performance of professor-teachers activity.
  1. Internal controls and monitoring have the following rights:

3.1 The University has the following laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan: “On Education”, “On the National Program of Personnel Training”, decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education issues, decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders, instructions, modemograms and telephone conversations, Analysis of the execution of departments in departments, chairs, departments.

3.2 To check that the university and its related educational institutions (departments of education, lyceums and others) adhere to educational standards and regulatory documents.

3.3 Participate in all kinds of board meetings at the University and related educational institutions.

3.4 Required documents for faculties, chairs and other subdivisions of the university to carry out their duties and engage specialists involved in the matter.

3.5 Participation in and participation in all kinds of theoretical and practical exercises, defense of the course project, graduation qualification and master dissertation, state certification.

3.6 Creating teams by engaging with qualified teaching staff of the university in accordance with the established procedure for studying issues within the field of internal control and monitoring.

  1. The internal schedule of the internal control and monitoring consists of a manager, a methodologist.

         The head of internal control and monitoring is appointed and dismissed by the director upon coordination with the Ministry.

  1. Internal control and monitoring performs its activities in accordance with the annual plan approved by the university director.
  2. Internal monitoring and monitoring activities are annually reviewed at the university Academic Council and the report is submitted to the Ministry at the end of the academic year.

Functions of the Head of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department:

  • Ensuring and monitoring the fulfillment of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Higher Education, Presidential Decrees, Decrees, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Collegium Decisions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, orders, instructions, modems and telephone conversations;
  • General management of all activities and staff of the department;
  • Creating and implementing the department’s business plans;
  • Ensure timely execution of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the TUIT regulations, Decrees, Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Higher Education, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, including resolutions on strengthening executive discipline, normative acts and guidelines of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education;
  • Development and implementation of appropriate plans and measures to ensure the performance discipline;
  • Preparation of resolutions, indicating the exact deadlines for the documents entered into TUIT, registration in the prescribed manner, maintenance of timely control cards for their execution and ensuring timely delivery to the responsible executives;
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of its decisions and execution without delay;
  • Organization of development of targeted and complex plans for document execution at TUIT departments, faculties and departments;
  • To participate in the relevant commissions responsible for further strengthening the academic process and performance discipline with other TUIT departments;
  • Participation in the working groups of the faculties and departments;
  • Effective use of modern electronic control systems in document circulation;
  • Conducting continuous monitoring of the implementation of educational, teaching, spiritual, educational, research, training and retraining and execution of the orders of the Ministry;
  • Monitor and analyze the compliance with educational standards and educational standards in the University and its departments (Faculties, Departments, Faculties, academic lyceums and other structural subdivisions);
  • Development of recommendations for studying, summarizing and promoting best practices in the field of activity of the department;
  • Submission of reports on laws, decrees, resolutions and orders of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Government Decisions and Decrees to the Ministry within the deadlines and in quality;
  • Implementing jointly with relevant departments on rating methods and criteria for evaluating the performance of professors and teachers;
  • Provide information on the implementation of monitoring and monitoring documents to the university administration;
  • Be conscientiously fulfilling your duties.

Functions of the Methodist of the Internal Control and Monitoring Division:

  • Provide practical and methodological assistance in organizing monitoring of educational standards at the branch;
  • Carrying out works on organization and regulation of bank activity data bank branch;

  • Carrying out the use of modern electronic control systems in documents circulation, reporting on laws, Decrees, resolutions and ordinances of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Government Decisions and Decrees to the Ministry within the deadlines and in good quality;
  • Participation in development of appropriate plans and measures to ensure the performance discipline;
  • Conduct regular monitoring of documentation;
  • Participation in the working groups of the faculties and departments;
  • Timely and qualitative performance of all the tasks assigned by the head of the department;
  • Be conscientiously fulfilling your duties.
