Management functions:

  • Organization of implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees and orders, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training;
  • To organize orders, orders and instructions of senior organizations, decisions of the Scientific Council of the Tuit and branch on issues related to financial and economic processes, and the implementation of orders and orders of the rector;
  • Preparation of proposals in the field of activity and organization of work;
  • Coordination, organization and control of the work of departments, Deans, ensuring the financial process;
  • Development of proposals for states of auxiliary personnel on financial and economic affairs, organization of work to provide departments and departments with qualified personnel;
  • To lead the development and implementation of plans for hiring vacant positions on financial and Economic Affairs, improving the staff structure and improving their qualifications;
  • Development of issues of efficient use of classrooms, improvement of the technical equipment of the audience and laboratories;
  • To take action against employees who violate executive discipline, to prepare proposals for the termination of the contract with them;
  • Carry out continuous cooperation with higher educational institutions in the financial and economic direction, work in cooperation with local authorities;
  • Active participation in the constant internal certification of the branch in the established order, preparation and conduct of external certification;
  • Management and coordination of financial and economic affairs of Fergana branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorezm;
  • Management and coordination of the work of the Department of finance, business schools, accounting, economic, as well as other departments attached on the basis of the order of the director;
  • Organization, management and coordination of construction repair, improvement and landscaping works;
  • Additional paid services (publishing, household services, paid training courses, rent, sponsorship, dividends, etc.) within the possibility of the existing material and technical base of the branch.k.) to expand the attraction of extra-budgetary funds by establishing and thereby develop proposals for material incentives for professors and workers;
  • Formation of extra-budgetary funds and other special extra-budgetary funds from the training of students on a fee-contract basis
  • Development of estimates of income and expenses of funds received from the state budget, training of students on a payment-contract basis and found on an entrepreneurial basis, and ensuring registration from relevant ministries;
  • Control over the implementation of branch cost estimates, financial economic activities, accounting of foreign exchange transactions;
  • Development and implementation of measures to prepare educational laboratory buildings, student residences and other auxiliary buildings and structures of the branch for the autumn-winter season and the new academic year;
  • To examine the state of the material technical base of the branch in the conditions of liberalization of the economy and control the development and implementation of measures for its development;
  • Organization of activities to attract investments to the branch, reconstruction and overhaul of existing buildings and structures, reviewing project estimate documentation, concluding contracts, acceptance and quality control of the work performed;
  • Organization of proper observance of state, budgetary and accounting discipline and control of accounting and reporting;
  • Development and implementation of measures for the rational and economical use of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds, as well as types of utilities;
  • Development and implementation of measures to improve the conditions of remuneration for the work of professors and employees of the branch, development of accounting and reporting;
  • Ensure that professors and employees of the branch pay their monthly salaries and student scholarships on time;
  • Read on the basis of a paid contract
  • Organization, management and coordination of construction and repair work, drawing up an action plan for ensuring emergency and labor safety of students and employees and ensuring its implementation;
  • To ensure the stability of the university buildings,to provide fire fighting equipment, to ensure that their sanitary and hygienic conditions are maintained at the required level;
  • Draw up a plan for the work of student canteens, buffets, sports and health complexes, medical points and ensure their operation, constantly ensuring the needs of student housing;
  • Organization of modern educational and laboratory rooms with all the amenities for students to conduct lectures and practical classes;
  • Conscientious performance of his service duties.
