Kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitasining takliflarini o\u2018z vaqtida ko\u2018rib chiqadi hamda mehnat masalalarida, filial rahbariyati filial faoliyatiga oid masalalar bo\u2018yicha va boshqa ijtimoiy \u2013 siyosiy masalalar yuzasidan zarur bo\u2018lgan axborotlarni kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitasiga taqdim etib boradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boshlang\u2018ich kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitasiga a\u2019zo bo\u2018lgan xodimlar uchun:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>millati, jinsi, yoshi va diniy e\u2019tiqodidan qat\u2019iy nazar Kasaba uyushma a\u2019zosining mehnat qilishi, ishni, kasbni erkin tanlash, adolatli mehnat sharoitini yaratib berishi va ishsizlikdan himoya qilinishiga doir konstitutsiyaviy huquqlariga rioya etilishiga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insonning ma\u2019naviy va jismoniy kuch quvvatlarining tiklanish vositasi bo\u2018lgan bo\u2018sh ish vaqtini ko\u2018paytirish va undan oqilona foydalanishga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mehnat qonunchiligi, mehnatni va atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish qonunlari, qoidalari va me\u2019yorlariga rioya etilishiga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sog\u2018lomlashtirish uchun baza yaratilishiga va zarur vositalar ajratilishiga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ijtimoiy hamkorlikni mustahkamlash maqsadlarida jamoa shartnomalari va kelishuvlari tuzilishiga, ularning bajarilishi ustidan nazoratni amalga oshirishga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>davlat organlari va jamoat tashkilotlari bilan hamkorlikda ishlash, Kasaba uyushma a\u2019zolarining mehnat, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va ma\u2019naviy huquq va erkinliklarini himoya qilishga qaratilgan qonun hamda boshqa me\u2019yoriy hujjatlar qabul qilinishiga, barqaror, hamjihatlik va fuqorolar totuvligini saqlab qolishga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mexnatga haq to\u2018lashning ijtimoiy adolatli tizimini joriy etilishiga;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ishlab chiqarishning rivojlanish darajasiga binoan kasaba uyushma a\u2019zolarining malakasini oshirishga va kasb jihatidan qayta tayyorlashga erishishga intiladilar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kasaba uyushma a\u2019zolarining huquqlari va vazifalari:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>kasaba uyushmasiga a\u2019zo bo\u2018lish ixtiyoriydir. Kasaba uyushmasi Ustavini tan oluvchi va uning talablarini bajaruvchi hamda a\u2019zolik badallarini to\u2018lab boruvchi xodim kasaba uyushma a\u2019zosi bo\u2018la oladi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mehnat munosabatlariga oid masalalar yuzasidan, mulk shakllridan qat\u2019iy nazar davlat, sud va xo\u2018jalik organlarida kasaba uyushmasining huquqiy yordamini olish va uning himoyasida bo\u2018lishi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kasaba uyushmalari organlariga saylash va saylanishi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kasaba uyushmalarining tadbirlarida ishtirok etish, o\u2018z fikrini erkin bayon qilish, o\u2018z faoliyatini va xulq-atvoriga taalluqli masala ko\u2018rib chiqilayotgan majlislar, yig\u2018ilishlar va konferensiyalarda shaxsan ishtirok etish;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>yuqori kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitalariga murojaat etish;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kasaba uyushmalari sihatgohlari, sanatoriyalar, sanatoriy-profilaktoriylari, dam olish bazalari, bolalar sog\u2018lomlashtirish lagerlariga davolanish va dam olish uchun imtiyozli tariflar bo\u2018yicha yo\u2018llanmalar olish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitasi filial ma\u2019muriyati bilan kelishilgan holda quyida keltirilgan qarorlarni ko\u2018rib chiqadi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mehnat sharoitini, mehnat xavfsizligi va muhofazasini yaxshilash;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filial xodimlarining ish bilan band bo\u2018lishi hamda ular uchun ijtimoiy imtiyozlarning kafolatlanishi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ishchi-xodimlar hamda talabalarni rag\u2018batlantirish va mukofotlash;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filial vakolatlari doirasida ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy xarakterdagi boshqa muammolar bo\u2018yicha birgalikda kelishilgan qarorlar qabul qilish;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professor &#8211; o\u2018qituvchi va ishchi &#8211; xodimlarga sog\u2018lomlashtirish maskanida dam olish uchun beriladigan imtiyozli yo\u2018llanmalar ajratish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Boshlang\u2018ich kasaba uyushma qo\u2018mitasi tomonidan amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BKUQ ish faoliyati davrida filialning kam ta\u2019minlangan ishchi \u2013 xodimlari hamda talabalari o\u2018rganib borilib, ularga filial rahbariyati bilan kelishilgan holda moddiy rag\u2018batlantirish amalga oshirilib kelinadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filialda ko\u2018p yillar davomida ishlab nafaqaga chiqqan yolg\u2018iz keksalar KOMITETning e\u2019tiborida turadi. Har yili ularning holidan xabar olinib, moliyaviy imkoniyat darajasida moddiy yordam ko\u2018rsatiladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filialda&nbsp;BKUQ<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>ishchi \u2013 xodimlarni ijtimoiy himoya qilish maqsadida quyidagi ishlarni nazorat qilib boradi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ishchi \u2013 xodimlarning ijtimoiy himoyasini;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehnat intizomini;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehnat muxofazasi va mehnat sharoitlarini yaratishni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ishchi \u2013 xodimlarning ish haqi va ish haqidan ushlab qolinadigan daromad solig\u2018ini nazorat qilinishini;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ish haqi va avanslarni o\u2018z vaqtida berib borilishini;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qishki \u2013 kuzgi mavsumga tayyorgarlik ko\u2018rishni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jamoa shartnomasining choraklar bo\u2018yicha bajarilishini;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ishchi \u2013 xodimlarni tibbiy ko\u2018rikdan o\u2018tkazishni;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>BKUQ ishchi \u2013 xodimlarni mehnat intizomiga rioya qilish maqsadida ularga qo\u2018mita faollari bilan birgalikda tushuntirish ishlarini olib boradi va yuzaga kelgan muammolarni o\u2018rganib chiqadi. Jiddiy holatlar BKUQ ninig Kengash yig\u2018ilishida ko\u2018riladi va direktoratga taklif beriladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BKUQ yil davomida mehnat xavfsizligini doimiy ravishda nazorat qilib boradiTibbiyot shahobchadagi vrach va hamshiralarning ish faoliyati nazorat qilinadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ishchi \u2013 xodimlarning oylik maoshlari va avanslarini o\u2018z vaqtida berilishi nazorat qilinadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BKUQ ishchi \u2013 xodimlarning mehnat ta\u2019tilini o\u2018tkazish davrida va sog\u2018liklarini tiklash uchun sanatoriya va dam olish uylariga imtiyozli yo\u2018llanmalar ajratadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BKUQ filialdagi mavjud ovqatlanish joylarini doimiy ravishda nazorat qilib boradi, ya\u2019ni oshxonalarning sanitar holati, ovqatlarning sifati bo\u2018yicha va ovqatlarning narh \u2013 navolarini nazorat qiladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BKUQ hozirgi kunda ma\u2019naviy &#8211; ma\u2019rifiy ishlarga katta e\u2019tibor berilayotganini inobatga olib, yurtboshimiz tomonidan olib borilayotgan siyosatni qo\u2018llab \u2013 quvvatlash, ota \u2013 bobolarimiz tomonidan saqlab kelingan tariximiz va me\u2019moriy obidalarni asrab \u2013 avaylash bo\u2018yicha ma\u2019naviyat va ma\u2019rifat bo\u2018limi bilan birgalikda tushuntirish ishlarini amalga oshirmoqda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talabalar va ishchi \u2013 xodimlarning huquqiy savodxonligini oshirish maqsadida filial rahbariyati bilan kelishilgan holda har o\u2018quv yilining &#8220;Bilimlar kuni\u201dda barcha guruhlarida Mustaqillik darslari o\u2018tkaziladi. Filialning gumanitar fanlar kafedralari o\u2018qituvchilari tomonidan &#8220;Ogohlik davr talabi\u201d, &#8220;Xalqaro terrorizm, diniy ekstemizmning kelib chiqishi va unga qarshi kurashishning ma\u2019naviy \u2013 ma\u2019rifiy asoslari\u201d mavzusida uchrashuv va davra suhbatlari o\u2018tkaziladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BKUQ tomonidan respublikamizda belgilangan barcha bayramlarda bayram tadbirlari rejasi ishlab chiqilib, ularni tashkillashtiradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 yoshgacha farzandlari bor ishchi \u2013 xodimlarga &#8220;Yangi yil archasi\u201d bayram tadbirlariga chiptalar xarid qilib berish tashkil qilingan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabarruk 55, 60, 70 va 80 yoshga to\u2018lgan ishchi \u2013 xodimlar jamoa oldida tantanali ravishda mukofotlanib boriladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Har yili 9 \u2013 may &#8220;Xotira va qadrlash\u201d kuniga bag\u2018ishlab filial ishchi \u2013 xodimlaridan va filialda ko\u2018p yillar davomida ishlab ketgan Ikkinchi jahon urushi qatnashchilariga, baynalminalchi jangchilarga, front ortida mehnat qilgan va ularga tenglashtirilgan xodimlar moddiy rag\u2018batlantiriladi hamda bayram dasturxoni tashkil etiladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
