History of the department <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Department of Information Technologies was created in 2005. 2005-2006 senior lecturer N.I. Sottiboev, 2006-2008 candidate of technical sciences, associate professor A.A. Kholmurzaev, 2008-2009 candidate of technical sciences, associate professor F.Yu. Polvonov, 2009-2011 candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, associate professor A .G. Abdukadyrov, 2011-2013 candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Kholmurzaev A.A., 2013-2015 senior teacher Umarov Sh.A., 2015 candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, associate professor Khalilov D.A., 2015-2021 candidate of physical and mathematical sciences Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Professor A.G. Abdukadyrov worked as directors, 2021-2022. senior teacher O.M.Ergashev, 2022-2023 Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) T.M. Abdullaev. From August 2023, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) D.M. Umurzakova was appointed head of the department.<\/p>\n

In total, the department of the Fergana branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies has trained more than 400 masters and 1,500 bachelors in specialty 60610500 – \u201cComputer Engineering\u201d.<\/p>\n

The staff of the department is faced with the task of carrying out educational, educational and methodological, scientific research, spiritual and educational work in the field of modern information technologies. Currently, the department employs 1 Doctor of Science, 7 Candidates of Science, 4 senior teachers, 12 assistants.<\/p>\n

Since its founding, the department has its own laboratory and classrooms equipped with modern computers. Many professors and teachers known for their scientific work worked at the department.<\/p>\n

In recent years, professors and teachers of the department have published more than 10 monographs, more than 30 textbooks, teaching aids, more than 100 educational guidelines, more than 1000 articles. More than 50 copyright certificates have been received.<\/p>\n

The process of training specialists is carried out in the department\u2019s system based on the integration of modern technologies of science and production. Students are trained in specialties according to programs based on modern advances in information technology.<\/p>\n

Students theoretical knowledge of ” Uzbektelecom ” AK system network in branches and in organizations of the department in branches is being strengthened .<\/p>\n
