Fergana branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies has two modern student residences. All comfortable conditions for students have been created in these student residences, and they are designed to accommodate 900 students in total.

The first dormitory, accommodating 440 people, is equipped with sufficient conditions for students’ living. In each floor of the dormitory, there are 1 kitchen (total 4), 1 toilet (total 4), 1 bathroom (total 4). Additionally, there are 6 washing machines, a drying room, 1 library, 1 sports section, and a room where creative circles are organized on five important initiatives.

 In 2023, the construction of a new student residence for 470 seats on the basis of public partnership was completed and put into use in September. This student residence consists of 5 floors, and on each floor all conditions are created in rooms equipped with a luxurious and modern style for students to live in. For example, each floor has 1 kitchen (a total of 5), 1 dining room (a total of 4), and 1 washroom (a total of 4). There are also 6 washing machines, a drying room, 1 medical room, a library and a sports section. The rooms used in student residences are equipped with necessary furniture. Computer rooms are organized and connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi) network for students’ use.

In order to introduce a transparent and effective mechanism for providing students with accommodation, a database of student accommodation has been formed and the work of providing students with accommodation has been systematically implemented. 900 students in need of accommodation are provided with accommodation on applications received electronically.
