About the department
In order to establish an effective anti-corruption system in the branch, a department for managing the anti-corruption “compliance control” system was established. The Department has sufficient independence and significant resources in the implementation of anti-corruption tasks, reports directly to the Director of the Branch and performs its activities in accordance with the Regulations; In the structural structures of the branch, there is control over compliance with anti-corruption laws, decisions of the national council, regulatory documents, as well as decisions of the ministerial board, orders of the head of the branch.
