In order to develop and implement specific strategies of the branch’s operation in the market of educational services, the process of training and assigning personnel in undergraduate majors and master’s specialties to the future specialist by consumers (employers) to direct the fulfillment of the requirements set for the person, and to lead this process, to plan advertising and information and to provide incentives for its promotion, to carry out the distribution and placement of graduates, and to provide educational services z consists of preparation, organization of contract conclusion and control.

Duties of the Department of Marketing and Student Practice:

– development of specific strategies of branch activity in the market of educational services;

– training of personnel in undergraduate majors and master’s majors for practical implementation;

– to direct the process of allocating personnel to work for bachelor’s degrees and master’s specialties for implementation in order to fulfill the requirements set by consumers (employers) for the future specialist and to lead this process;

– planning advertising and information and providing incentives for its promotion;

– timely preparation for job allocation, placement of graduates and provision of educational services;

– establishment of “Career Center” connecting students and employers at the branch;

– Creation of appropriate conditions for the arrival of representatives of partner enterprises and organizations to the “Career Center” and the selection of branch students;

– organization of job fairs, career days with the participation of labor bodies, relevant educational institutions, interested agencies and organizations, and implementation of activities that increase students’ interest in future professional activities;

– organization and control of conclusion of contracts in accordance with the law;

– providing solutions and analysis of marketing and student practice issues;

– is to form a forecast for the next year’s admission based on the orders received from employers every year, while conducting marketing work on the formation of admission quotas, and providing information to the management.
